Objectives of the Customer Forum
Our customer forum is to allow direct feedback from our customers and help promote our facilities in a positive light. We also aim to form a representative sample of our stakeholders.
We aim to foster a lasting partnership and understanding between the centre's staff and its customers.
Aims of our Customer Forum
The customer forum aims to work in partnership to create a superior service for our customers and to help Haltemprice Leisure Centre make a difference to the local community.
The forum meets every 3 months to discuss issues and the way forward for the Leisure Centre.
Forum Members
General Swimming customers are represented by JIm Stead, Rob Jones and Ann Daddy.
Haltemprice Dolphins and disabled users of the centre are represented by David Green.
The Cardiac Group is represented by Bernard Holt.
Gymnastics and Jack in the Box is represented by Gail Lunn.
The Councillor represesntative is Cllr Mary-Rose Hardy.

Here at Haltemprice Leisure Centre we believe it is very important to keep in touch with our customers and find out which of our facilities work, and if there are any areas which we could improve upon.
If you have an item that you wish the forum members to raise at their next meeting please use the form on the feedback page detailing that it is an item for the forum. Altenatively we are looking for new members to join our forum - from general centre users, Tone Zone users, parents from childrens swimming lessons, parents from gymnastic lessons or clubs that use our facilities.
