Fitness swimming



This session is to offer assistance to anyone who requires stroke technique advice or a swimming programme devising for them.  These sessions are great for anyone who maybe hasn't swam for a long time as customers attending these sessions are met by a fully qualified instructor who can help introduce them into the session.

Sessions run on Tuesdays 12 - 12.45pm


Aerobics in water, aquafit utilises the special properties of water to give an all round body workout while avoiding undue stress on the joints, sinews and tendons. The gentle training of the arm and trunk muscles produces deeper breathing and strengthens the cardio system.
