Young people aged between 14 and 16 years are welcome in our gym when they come with a responsible adult (16 years and over).
Anyone wanting to use our gyms must firstly have an induction with one of our qualified instructors which takes approximately one hour. At the induction, you will be shown how to use our top of the range, high spec equipment safely and appropriately.
Junior gym sessions are held Monday to Friday between 4pm to 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 3pm.
Additional sessions are also available Monday to Friday 2 - 3pm during school holidays.
